What is the "Reward Points Program"?
The Reward Point Program is a big fat thank you all for your love and support as our loyal customers. While shopping at AlterTimes.com you will earn Reward Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at AlterTimes.com.

Sounds neat but how does it work?
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned.  These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points. All pending points are listed in your Side Cart and will stay there until approved/confirmed by our staff.  Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

Sweet! How much cash do I earn?
Currently, for every $1.00 spent at AlterTimes.com you'll earn 1 points. Each point is worth $0.05 off a future purchase. For example:

Product Cost: $100.00
Value of Points Earned: $5.00

Product Cost: $500.00
Value of Points Earned: $25.00

So, when do these things expire?
Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.

How can I tell how many reward points I have saved up?
You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

Once I have them, how do I use them?
Reward points act much like store credit...you'll be able to choose Reward Points as a payment method at checkout (as well as an additional payment method if your order exceeds your point balance).

Do I still get free shipping if I pay with reward points?
Yes, if you meet the $50 dollar order total minimum.

Do I have to build up my points to use them?
Yes, you must accumulate at least 50 points (equal to $2.50) to used them.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?
Currently, there is no Minimum Purchase Amount required to redeem your points.

Is there a maximum points redemption per order?
Currently, there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, so save for that big prize.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?
Nope. Nice try though.

Will I earn points for tax fees?
Also no. Taxes are not included in the calculations.

Will I earn points for discounted products?
Yes, but when calculating the amount of points earned all items which have been discounted are awarded points based on the discount price value.

Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?
Yup.

So is anything excluded from the program?
Currently, no restrictions apply to what items may be purchased using your points balance.

Are there other conditions of use?
Yes!
Shopping Points are only available to registered AlterTimes.com member's.
Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at AlterTimes.com.
Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
Reward Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
When buying with Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
