Shipping

All AlterTimes.com items are shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you require the use of another shipping carrier, please contact us. Priority Mail is a premium service of the US Postal service and will generally take only 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in the United States. International orders may be shipped with a different method depending on circumstances.

Any order over $50 in the Continental United States will be shipped for free with our standard Priority Mail shipping with Delivery Confirmation.

Returns

We accept returns on any defective item within 30 days. We may accept returns for other reasons if the item is in the exact condition we sent it to you.  Please contact us to talk about your situation.
